At Rowena's Home Care, we strive to work with families and residents in all areas of care, which includes being as flexible as possible with our service fees. We keep all options and communication open so that an ideal care plan can be implemented. Fees may include outings to the mall, meals out, hair appointments, doctor appointments, etc. In some cases, family members may wish to work these into their schedule to save money. In all cases, we are willing to work with you to make our home a partnership to make our resident lives more enjoyable. Basic care always includes balanced meals, snacks, medication management, activities, comfortable bedrooms, clean environment, showers, social environment, and loving care. Fees will be calculated utilizing a well administrated and thoughtful process of identifying the needs of your loved one. Along with additional services you may choose will give you a solid budget and guaranteed services.
We are a 6 bed facility with a total of 5 staff members that are dedicated to the individual resident and the whole of the facility. This staff rotates as needed and each and every one is trained not only in loving and processional care, but also a minimum of the following:

Rowena, Owner/Licensee, has been a caregiver for 11 years in a variety of settings. She has been a wound care specialist for 100+ bed facilities, care home owner in the State of Hawaii for 2 years and Hospice/Dementia specialist. She has education for L.V.N and multiple courses of education in elderly care. Rowena has multiple references from her loving residents as well as hospital and doctor recommendations all professing her unending devotion to her residents/patients. Her love for those under her care is obvious from the moment you meet her.
